1. Services JEBEC Cleaning Services LLC ("JEBEC") provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Casa Grande area and greater Phoenix Valley. All services are agreed upon prior to the first visit. Scope of work is confirmed at the time of booking or contract signing.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows without notice will be charged in full.

3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless a monthly contract is in place. We accept Zelle, Credit Cards (Invoice sent through PayPal for Business), and cash. Invoices for contract clients are issued at the start of each billing period and are due within 15 days. A $15 late fee applies after 15 days.

4. Access to Property The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. JEBEC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible premises.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. This does not apply to pre-existing conditions or areas outside the agreed scope of work.

6. Liability JEBEC Cleaning Services LLC carries general liability insurance. We take great care with your property; however, we are not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or not disclosed prior to service. Please notify us of any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before your appointment.

7. Contract Cancellation Monthly service contracts require 14 days' written notice to cancel. Cancellations mid-cycle are not subject to refund for that billing period.

8. Right to Refuse Service JEBEC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, harassment, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
